Marketing Manager

Location: Boston, MA

PatientPing is a venture-backed health technology company based in Boston, MA that is transforming healthcare delivery. We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Our vision is bold – to build a national care coordination network that allows providers to put patients at the center of their care.

Job Description:

We are actively hiring a Marketing Manager who will drive community growth by taking the company’s public presence to the next level. The Marketing Manager will primarily focus on three areas: content marketing strategy and execution, brand management, and asset development. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming healthcare, understands the importance of building a community and engaging with customers, and is self-motivated, digitally savvy, and results-driven.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute on inbound channel marketing strategy; define and execute against targets
  • Create content to elevate brand presence, including ROI case studies, one-pagers, community member and patient success stories, thought leadership pieces, and design asset
  • Support digital assets, including website and social media accounts, keeping content fresh
  • Manage company content calendar
  • Support management of and iteration on company brand and communication strategy
  • Report to the Head of Growth

What You Need:

  • BA/BS/MS degree
  • 4-6 years in marketing or communication. A background in healthcare SAAS marketing is preferred
  • Experience in digital and print marketing, and marketing analytics, including segmentation and ROI metrics
  • Experience developing messaging and public narratives, and pitching stories to regional and trade publications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passionate, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and hungry to learn
