Healthcare Field Sales Lead (Michigan)

Job Description:

We are actively hiring a full-time Healthcare Field Sales Lead who will grow and scale our product in key markets. The Healthcare Field Sales Lead will be responsible for defining the sales strategy for the market and executing a sales cycle from end-to-end. The ideal candidate is driven, results-oriented, and super passionate about transforming healthcare.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive revenue across of a variety of healthcare organizations – ACOs, hospitals, provider groups, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies
  • Originate and build a pipeline of prospects
  • Manage sales cycle from end-to-end
  • Manage relationships with senior executives at large healthcare organizations
  • Work closely with the Operations team to onboard and optimize the clients you bring in and the Product team to enhance our product through client feedback
  • Work closely with Growth team to scale selling activities
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Report to the Head of Growth

What You Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in direct enterprise sales
  • Significant experience selling into healthcare organizations – ACOs, hospitals, provider groups, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies
  • Understanding of value-based payment models and the changing dynamics of healthcare
  • Proven track record of driving a sales cycle from end-to-end (prospecting to closed)
  • Scrappy, high energy, work hard, results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to meet with client executives
