Director of Marketing and Communication

Location: Boston, MA

PatientPing is a venture-backed health technology company based in Boston, MA that is transforming healthcare delivery. We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Job Description:

We are actively hiring a Director of Marketing and Communication who will drive community growth by taking the company’s public presence to the next level. The Director of Marketing and Communication will primarily focus on three areas: content marketing strategy and execution, brand management, and asset development. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming healthcare, understands the importance of building a community and engaging with customers, and is self-motivated, digitally savvy, and results-driven.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop an inbound channel marketing strategy, define, and execute against targets
  • Create content to elevate brand presence, including ROI case studies, one pagers, member and patient success stories, thought leadership pieces, and design assets
  • Manage digital assets, including website and social media accounts, keeping content fresh
  • Manage company content calendar
  • Support management of and iteration on company brand and communication strategy
  • Report to the Head of Growth

What You Need:

  • BA/BS/MS degree
  • 10+ years in marketing or communication. A background in healthcare SAAS marketing is preferred
  • Experience in digital and print marketing, and marketing analytics, including segmentation and ROI metrics
  • Experience developing messaging and public narratives, and pitching stories to regional and trade publications
  • Ability to seamlessly move from high-level strategic thinking to on-the-ground tactics
  • Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passionate, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and hungry to learn
