Project Coordinator

Location: Remote from Ann Arbor or Detroit, Michigan

Employment:  6 month+ contract (potential for perm offer or extension)

Job Description:

We are actively hiring a full-time contract Project Coordinator to support our Michigan Market Lead in growing the PatientPing Community and engaging initiatives. At the core of PatientPing's success are the relationships we cultivate and foster over time. Broadly, this means effectively servicing out existing customers, on-boarding new customers, and driving engagement. 

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with new customer kickoff and ongoing user support
    • Create accounts for new PatientPing users
    • Prepare customer training materials
    • Draft community announcements as new ACO/PO customers join
    • Provide support and follow-up trainings, as needed
  • Assist with on-boarding of new PAC facilities
    • Add new facility profiles to PatientPing Admin
    • Provide monthly reports to PAC facilities with current user list & manage access for facility turnover
    • Conduct new user trainings with PAC staff
    • Provide ongoing support to PAC users
  • Assist with developing Market's communication, marketing and/or training materials, as appropriate.
  • Work closely with Market Lead and Community Lead to design engagement strategies for PAC users and assist with implementation and evaluation
  • Organize and establish meetings to foster positive relationships with both ACO/PO and SNF users

What You Need:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 1-2 years of on-the-ground experience in healthcare industry, ideally on the provider-side
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong self-starter approach with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
  • An entrepreneurial  motivated, curious, insightful, and determined attitude 
  • Engaging communication skills
  • Knowledge about the local ACO and post-acute markets (preferred)
  • Familiarity with local healthcare and regulatory requirements (preferred)
