Community Lead

Location: Boston, MA

PatientPing is a venture-backed health technology company based in Boston, MA that is transforming healthcare delivery. We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Job Description:

We are actively hiring a full-time Community Lead to drive deeper member engagement - members acting on the information they receive and interacting with one another. The Community Lead will focus on building relationships to drive engagement at scale, translating engagement into growth, and developing and managing community-wide communication. The ideal candidate is passionate about building communities and transforming healthcare.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure our members experience value from the community by:
    • Driving engagement and interaction, both within markets and community-wide, through community member and stakeholder relationships, online forums, offline events, product features, etc.
    • Developing a metric for and measuring community strength
  • Develop a referral program to establish our community as a growth engine
  • Create, manage, and curate all digital and print community-wide communication
  • Collect and manage member stories to be leveraged across Engagement, Marketing, Operations, and Growth teams
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on targeted usage and retention campaigns

What You Need:

  • 4+ years managing online and/or offline communities
  • Passion for engaging people and building relationships
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Digital communication experience
  • Ability to seamlessly move from strategic thinking to on-the-ground tactics
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, resourceful, hungry to learn, and a self-starter
